Booking, Cancellation & Change Policies
To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please review our policies regarding cancellations, changes, and on-site adjustments.
1. Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days before the service: Full refund.
Between 7 and 3 days before the service: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 3 days before the service or No-Show: No refund will be issued.
2. Reservation Changes
Modifications to your reservation (date, time, or service type) are permitted without charge when requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
On-Site Upgrades/Downgrades: On the day of your visit, you may request to upgrade or downgrade your service, subject to availability. If approved, we will issue a refund for the original booking and create a new charge for the revised service.
3. Important Considerations
Adverse Weather: If we must cancel a snorkeling tour due to unsafe weather conditions, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered.
Availability: Services like beach chairs, umbrellas, and on-site upgrades/downgrades are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Please be advised that sun lounger and umbrella availability for same-day reservations cannot be guaranteed. All bookings are final, and no refunds will be provided.
Group Policy: For groups of 10 or more people, customized cancellation and deposit policies may apply. Please contact us directly.
