Cancellation Policies

 IMPORTANT: GENERAL NOTES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. General Terms It is the client's responsibility to make sure all booking details are in accordance with the client's ship's itinerary and schedule, including the possible difference between the ship's time and local time of the respective port of call.

2. Booking Confirmation & Cruise Changes If your cruise ship does not visit the port of call or makes other changes that do not allow you to attend the booked excursion, Playa Palancar Beach Club will guarantee a full refund. All changes must be communicated to Playa Palancar Beach Club as soon as possible. Please do NOT open a dispute or claim with STRIPE for a simple refund process as you may be charged up to $80.00 in fees.

3. Modifications, Weather & Cancellations If Playa Palancar Beach Club decides to close due to weather conditions or similar, full refund is granted to the client. If participants decide not to participate in an excursion or to abandon an excursion due to weather conditions, no refund will be granted. If a client fails to show up at the designated date and location, no refund will be granted. In regards to a full payment refund for a client with a medical issue preventing participation, the client must notify Playa Palancar Beach Club to request a refund with a doctor's note.

 

4. Restrictions & Special Notes Restrictions: The minimum age to drink alcohol is 18 years old. This is not wheelchair accessible. Special Notes: We suggest you bring your swimsuit, towel (we have rental towels service at the beach), sun protection, extra cash for additional purchases, tips, shopping, etc. Please be advised that sun lounger and umbrella availability for same-day reservations cannot be guaranteed.

 

5. Specific Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled by client with a minimum of 72 hours prior notice by email to playapalancarbeachclub@gmail.com. Cancellations within 72 hrs before the Booked date  | 20% cancellation fee No-Show | No refund will be issued Cancellations or deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor. Group Policy:  For groups of 10 or more people, customized cancellation and deposit policies may apply.
